1. Within what period of time can I return a defective or damaged product?

Response: You must file a claim for incorrectly printed, damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered an error on our part are covered at our expense.

2. How can I return a product?.

Response: We use Printful’s return policy as they handle the printing, shipping and relevant logistics. Visit their policy for details on deadlines, return addresses and unclaimed packages. Please note that masks and custom items are generally non-returnable.

3. Can I get a refund for buyer’s remorse? 3.

Response: We currently do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns or size exchanges are offered at your discretion and expense.

4. What if I am a customer from the EU?.

Response: According to EU regulations, personalized items and sealed hygiene products may not be eligible for return.
